Compliance with this policy ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company data.
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, customers, and third parties who are granted access to Spectrum Networks data, systems, networks,
or other digital or physical assets.
- Access to company systems and data is granted strictly for the purpose approved by Spectrum Networks.
- Users must only access data and systems required for their specific role and must not attempt to access data or systems outside their authorisation.
- Credentials, including usernames and passwords, must not be shared or disclosed to unauthorised persons.
¶ 4. Data Modification and Security
- Unauthorised access, modification, deletion, or distribution of company data is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to bypass security controls or access restricted information without proper authorisation will be treated as a security violation.
- All activities within company systems may be logged and monitored for security purposes.
Any breach of this policy, including unauthorised access, modification, or misuse of company data, will result in disciplinary action, which may include:
- Revocation of system access;
- Formal disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract;
- Legal action under relevant Australian laws, including but not limited to the
Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth), and Cybercrime Act 2001 (Cth).
All suspected security breaches, including unauthorised access attempts, lost or stolen credentials, or data leaks, must be reported immediately to
Spectrum Networks at support@spectrum.com.au.
¶ 7. Acknowledgement and Agreement
By accessing Spectrum Networks systems and data, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this policy.
Any violation of this policy may result in the enforcement of the disciplinary actions outlined above.
